Order Processing and Shipping
Once your order has been placed with PayPal allow 2 working days for the order to be processed and your book to be posted. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped. Books are delivered using Australia Post. The following estimated delivery times are based on the standard Australia Post delivery times plus 2 working days for order processing.

Returns
If your book is defective or has been damaged in transit send it back in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery and it will be replaced free of charge.
Privacy
PayPal only passes on your email address, name and shipping address to me. PayPal collects your phone number and credit card details but these are not passed on.
Your personal information will not be given to any third party and you will not receive unwanted emails.
